Have you tried different channels for your routers? An interfering "usual suspect" (in my case, a video sender) can completely obliterate one or more channels.

I also have Chanalyzer 4.0.9.0208 with a WiSpy 2.4x an seeing exactly the same thing as galvarad.
In addition, as can be see from galvarad's screenshot, nothing is being displayed above 2480MHz.

Is it true that with at least some 802.11 protocols, two AP's using the same channel will try to equitably share the channel? Whereas, if they were on adjacent channels they'd simply see...
