Default Need some help. users sometimes will not get IP address via wireless

So here is my current scan, I am hope someone can shed some light. we moved to a new building, before we moved wireless was working fine. since the move it happens at random that users can connnect to the wireless but get the limited or no connectivity, others even in the same room as the AP connect just fine and get IP's. My Access points are called doortodoor.

am I getting some sort of inteference?

    thank you

You need to run the scan when the interference is occurring. From the pic all looks well but the problem could be intermittent. Is the AP next to say the kitchen area where ther is a microwave for instance ?

Like I said when the wifi goes down pull out the scanner then a least you stand a chance of seeing what's happening.

A really basic question... Are the trying to connect to your AP when the fail, or have they found and trying to connect to someone elses AP.
