Thread: Super lagged WiFi.

    Default Super lagged WiFi.

    Hi, i'm getting some troubles with my wifi, even though i'm one meter away from my tp link router. It gets super laggy, sometimes it freezes up for seconds and i can't even access the router's control panel. It must be something in this area that is making interference, because I've moved this router to another house and it works like a charm.
    Rare thing is this did not happened before, it started lagging a few weeks ago i guess.
    Here i leave a screen of the detected networks, free porn wifi is mine, lol .

    Also, i don't know what those +3 +5 +10 means. Like those networks are occupying more than one frequency. Now that i think, this may have started since that b9a9a0 appeared. But it would be impossible for it to lag me that much.

    Any ideas?

    Ouch. >=5 40Mhz channels? I'd love to see this with a Wi-Spy.

    In your environment with 38 AP's detected I'd consider moving to the 5 GHz band where there is much less competition/interference.

    I would have to agree. If you have the option of going 5ghz, that would be best. There is so much competition on that 2.4ghz band, especially on Channel 6, it's nuts!
