    Default GPS tracking question

    Hello all,

I have a question about how to get a list of coordinated and power levels i am trying to measure using a gps device and wifi. I want to be able to log data throughout different locations and have it output in a readable file that tells me the time, power level of transmitters im looking at, and gps coodinates. Could anyone offer me some suggestions? Thanks

Kismet *might* have that functionality. What you are describing sounds more like something pulled from site survey software like VisiWave or TamoGraph though. I'd check out Kismet first!

It seems that it would be really convenient to use Google Geolocation API in your case, but unfortunately it is not free
