Can you post another screenshot with Color by Utilization enabled? I see three curve shapes there over channels 1, 6, and 11, but Color by Utilization would give me a bit more detail. Thanks!

I took a capture with the wi-spy device and the Cisco spectrum expert. I am not using the Cisco Spectrum card, I am just using a Cisco 3502i CleanAir AP in SE-Connect mode.

WI-Spy with a bluetooth device interfering between channel 4 and 5.

I do see the narrow band receiver between 4 and 5, but I don't think it's Bluetooth. Bluetooth hops frequencies constantly, so it literally looks like a bunch of blue teeth in spectrum, like this:

Since Bluetooth hops constantly, you generally won't see anything more than a slight drop in throughput, but that's only if Bluetooth is very, very busy. Bluetooth transmissions are generally only a few seconds long anyway.

As for the narrow band receiver, it's probably a security system motion detector, or a piece of equipment emitting some interference. I'd walk around with a Wi-Spy a bit, to see if it gets louder when you move around, because that might help you find it. Good luck!
