    Default Chanalyzer Pro in Windows 8.1

    Hi All,

    Any help is appreciated. I've upgraded to 8.1 from 7 and had to re-install Chanalyzer Pro but the program won't even start, just crashes before trying. I've tried a few of the more obvious things but I haven't seen any other threads discussing the same issues. I've also tried using a different version of .NET Framework to no avail. I've pulled event logs as well if needed.

    Make sure that .NET Framework 3.5 is installed. A newer version is not backward compatible.

    Thanks, .NET 3.5 is installed but the behaviour hasn't changed. Still won't open and Windows gives up the "Chanalyzer has stopped working" error.

    I don't have access to Windows 8.1 so I can't diagnose the problem.

    I would recommend Clearing the Chanalyzer User Settings. If that does not fix it, let us know!
