Since from 'blue ap' the client getting -72dbm and from yellow client gets -68 .
these channel interference does really make problem ?

You've probably got some background noise (which you can't see without a spectrum analyzer) that is causing your Wi-Fi adapter to not hear the access point consistently. Try moving closer to the access point to see if the line becomes more consistent.
The "yellow line" AP is 4 dB louder, which means that it is over twice as loud (+3 dB is double the signal strength, as dB is a logarithmic scale).
