Thanks for posting! That is an 802.11b signature. It doesn't specifically need to be an 802.11b device, it can also be an 802.11g/n device that is transmitting at an 802.11b data rate like 1, 2, 5.5, or 11 mbps.
Basically, you're looking at a short burst of Wi-Fi traffic at 1, 2, 5.5, or 11 mbps. I hope that helps!
