2.4 GHz odd pattern

I'm very new at this, so please bear with me

Anyone can give any hints on what the cause for the pattern in the attached picture could be? Ranges roughly from 2440 to 2460. The levels don't really change when I move around the building.

Interesting find! I'll bet that is interference from your laptop. It could either be from a USB 3 devices on the laptop (there are many USB devices that are internal these days, like webcams), or it could be the processor speed (if it's around 2.4 GHz), GPU, or other coprocessor or controller on the device. The fact that it follows you around makes me think that it's coming from within your laptop.

It probably won't hurt anything, and it's kinda nice to know that it's there!

That might actually be it. I now remember the mentioning of USB3 as one source on the CWNP-course. I'll leave my phone somewhere else as well. Thanks!
