Hi
Carried out a Wi-Fi survey and seem to have a constant red line on the base of the amplitude window. Should I be concerned? Would it cause a problem with the Wi-Fi?
Also attached the WSX file.

It is very low level background noise. It won't interfere with wifi.

I agree with ua549, that's background noise. Just about every 2.4 and 5 GHz environment has a noise floor that's visible at around -90 to -100 dBm. Here's some more info about noise floors.
