Thread: Chanelyzer is not showing Networks?

Default Chanelyzer is not showing Networks?

I just received my Chanalyzer Essential package this morning. I've been playing with it a bit, but I'm having issues with the networks showing in the graphs? My WiFi adapter is showing as "Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 8260". It's in a HP EliteBook 850. It is not showing anything in the Networks Graph, and I don't see any channel lines anywhere? I must be doing something wrong, but I can't seem to find an answer for why the networks aren't showing up on the graph?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Mike!

Can you make sure that you have a checkmark placed by the networks you want to see in the Networks Table tab? You must also make sure that Networks at the top is marked.

Oh my, that was easy! That didn't jump out at me at all when I was looking at this last week...

    Thanks for your help!

I am experiencing the same thing, but I have checked the Wifi adapter off on the Wifi menu. Almost the same hardware, HP Elitebook 840 G5 with an Intel AC 8265 Wifi Adapter. The adapter is active and shows available SSID's in Windows, but nothing shows on any of the tabs in Chanalyzer. See attached image
